Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within one to three (1–3) business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 5–10 business days
International Orders: 7–15 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. OBLIQU COMMERCE LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivered Orders

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for replacement or refund unless confirmed lost by the carrier.
